The PVC base is supplied in coils at the required length to ensure there are no unsightly joints, breaks or misalignments when installed. A S/S 316 L outer layer is co-extruded with a shock-proof vinyl chloride core to make a lightweight but also durable system.
SPHAERA eliminates the need for expensive pre-bent profiles and special installation tools, making it one of the easiest and most affordable nautical Rub Rail on the market.
S/S joint caps keep then the bars perfectly aligned, thereby avoiding unnecessary drillings and S/S end caps give an elegant finishing touch.
